In a bowl add suji, curd and mix it (It should be thick)
Add salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli, chopped onions, chopped tomato, and grated carrot and mix it well.
Add cooked Nutrela Soya granules and coriander leaves and mix it
Take a pan and pour Nutrela refined soyabean oil and pour batter in it. Flip the uttapam once it is cooked.
Serve hot with ketchup or mint chuttney
