Heat Nutrela Refined Soyabean Oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and stir it
Once the onions are half-cooked, add ginger garlic paste, cooked Nutrela Soya granules, Dry spices – salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chilli flakes; mix well
Add washed and chopped methi leaves. Combine well with the spices and add some whole spices like black cardamom, clove, star anise, mace, and chopped tomatoes
Sprinkle some black pepper and mix again.
Add a bit of water, cover with a lid and cook until the bhaji is ready
