Nutrela Soya Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 2 cups treated* Nutrela High Protein Soya granules
  • 2 cups boiled mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup boiled green peas
  • ¼ cup boiled carrots
  • 4 nos of french beans
  • 1 tsp green chilli – ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
    • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
    • 2 slices of bread
    • ½ tsp garam masala powder
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp sugar and salt
    • Oil for frying

    How to Make Nutrela Soya Cutlets

    1. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients starting from Nutrela granules, potatoes, green peas, carrots, french beans, corn flour, chilli – ginger paste.

    2. Mash all of them together well and then add lemon juice, garam masala, salt, and sugar.

    3. If time permits rest the mixture for ½ hr and then form cutlets.

    4. Now roll the cutlets in bread crumbs and then fry till it turns crispy.
