First, we will mix the pre-cooked Nutrela Soya Chunks with curd. Do this until all the chunks are soaked.
Then in a frying pan, heat the Nutrela Soyabean Oil. Add onions and cook it until it turns golden brown. Strain the fried onions from the oil.
When the onion cools down, blend it in a mixer.
Reduce the oil in the frying pan, and add clove, cinnamon and black cardamom. Add the tomato puree after frying the spices. Until it becomes thick, keep stirring the contents of your frying pan. Add the onion paste after it thickens.
After this, add turmeric powder, red chili masala powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and cook it into your mixture. When you have blended that in properly add the most important ingredient of them all the curd soaked pre-cooked Nutrela Soya Chunks.
As you mix it, add water according to your preference for the gravy. Voila! You’re done.
