Nutrela Soya Chinese Chilli

Ingredients

  • ½ cup treated* Nutrela High Protein Soya chunks
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp corn flour/corn starch
  • 5-6 chopped green chillies
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sugar, pinch of ajinomoto
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to Make Nutrela Soya Chinese Chilli

  1. Start by marinating treated Nutrela Soya chunks pieces in a mixture of soya sauce, corn flour & salt for about 10-15 mins.

  2. Now heat oil and deep fry the marinated Nutrela pieces till golden brown.

  3. Then heat oil in a pan and add garlic paste, green chilies and cook for few seconds.

  4. Then add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil, to this add sugar, pepper powder, salt, ajinomoto and remaining soya sauce.

  5. Now add fried Nutrela pieces to it and dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the curry stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

  6. Cook for few mins.

  7. Serve Nutrela Chinese Chilli hot & garnish with chopped spring onions.
