How much of water should I drink while working out?

The recommendation is to drink sufficient amount of water 1 hour before your workout to combat dehydration, because the respiration system goes into overdrive while exercising, your body requires more oxygen and water. There is a state of dehydration happens in exercise, so it is necessary to drink water during exercise after regular intervals (approx 3-4 ounce every interval).
