About Dr. Vandana Sabharwal

Dr. Vandana Sabharwal, holds a PhD degree in Foods and Nutrition from University of Delhi and is presently teaching as an Assistant Professor at Institute of Home Economics, University of Delhi. She has about 15 years experience as a research nutritionist and has worked with organizations like Nestle, Ogilvy and Mather, Indian Council of Medical Research, Breastfeeding Feeding Promotion Network of India, Public Health Foundation of India and PATH. She was a team member of Delhi Review mission for Mid-Day Meal of Government of India. She has also published papers in various reputed Indian and international journals and written chapters for various nutrition modules for distance learning courses at National Institute of Health and Family Welfare as well as Public Health Foundation of India.
