About Niti Munjal

Ms Niti Munjal is one of the founding members of RxOcean.com. She has done her post graduation diploma in dietetics and nutrition from Mysore University and fellowship in applied nutrition from Apollo Hospitals and has also completed Diabetes Educator course from IADE & DMDEA (Indian Association of Diabetes Educators & Dr Mohan Diabetes Education Academy). She has spent last 4 years helping people improve their health and fitness by choosing right food both in quantity and quality. Leading a team of 3 nutritionists, she along with associated doctors counsels people on how to lose, gain weight and understand reasons for weight related problems. Along with managing operations of RxOcean.com, she consults with DSM ( Dutch Nutraceuticals company ) as a nutritionist helping implement their health program for employees. Her role involves coaching employees on how to stay fit and healthy. She also is associated with some food catering organizations like 'Broccoli & Olives' helping provide calorie counted meals to their customers as well as other caterers like The Spice Route and Eat Well Humesha. To keep in touch with her clientele, She writes health blogs on her website and provides facebook tips to all users. She also features in many diet and nutrition related magazines and newspapers. She constantly features in diet and nutrition related articles in leading dailies and magazines. Currently based out of Gurgaon, she travels extensively to Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Delhi and Bangalore to cater to her client base in these cities.She also provides consulting to caterers for calorie counted and nutritious meals to be provided in corporates.
